This keyboard is very helpful to me and it makes you use it as you were taught to use it. It is also better for my fingers and wrist.

I've been using this keyboard since when they were called the Microsoft Natural Keyboard and Keyboard Pro(used to have USB ports on the backside and the keyboard was a bit larger);.
Honestly, now that I've been typing on these for so SO many years I can't type on traditional keyboards anymore without getting wrist pain as well as lowering my typing rate and accuracy. With this keyboard I've been clocked at over 95 wpm with an error ratio of only 0.6%. With a traditional keyboard my wpm drops to about 45 wpm with a rather large error rate.
I hope that MS continues to create these keyboards for the foreseeable future or I'm going to have to stop computer use or find an alternative.

I was not sure that I would like the smaller keys-but they have worked out better than I could have imagined.
